ACCORD
The annual collection for ACCORD,
the Diocesan Agency for Marriage and the Family, will be made at all the Masses
next weekend, 15th/16th February. This will replace the usual Share
Collection.
WORLD DAY OF THE SICK 2014
The Dublin celebration for
World Day of the Sick will be led by Archbishop Diarmuid Martin with the
Eucharist and the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick in the Church of St. Therese,
Mount Merrion to-day - Sunday (9th Feb.) at 3.00pm. All are welcome.
Untying the Knot
The Howth Parish Faith & Renewal Group will host a Talk by Fr.
Conall O'Cuinn, SJ, on Thursday 27th
February at 8.00pm in St.
Columbanus Hall. Fr. O’Cuinn will
talk about Pope Francis and the theme for the evening, “Untying the Knots” is
the title of Paul Valelly's recent book.
Fr. O'Cuinn intends to engage in an interactive presentation dealing
with many of the issues raised in this book.

Bridging the Gap is a voluntary group of ladies
living in the Howth and Sutton area.
Their aim is to foster community spirit through care and
friendship. They can arrange a friendly
visit for a chat, or someone to just listen or play a game of cards. If you would like to know more about this
