Twenty Third Sunday in Ordinary Time (35/15)

On behalf of the parishioners of the parish

Howth Parish Pastoral Council extends a warm welcome to our new Co-PP

Father Gerry Tanham, to his ministry in Howth.

We wish him well in his new appointment.

Family Mass resumes at 10.30am this Sunday

The Family Mass team hopes that everyone had a great summer and are happy to be back in school!  Our aim is to ensure participation in the Mass and understanding of the Mass for all families and we welcome anyone who would like to participate in the various roles and activities during Mass and in preparing for Masses to let us know after 10.30am Mass any Sunday or through the Parish Office on Tel. 839 7398.

Next Sunday, September 13th, is Grandparents Day and we will be remembering all grandparents in a special way.  The choir will be singing at this Mass and all singers and musicians are welcome to rehearsal on Tuesday evening at 8pm in the sacristy.

A message from Howth Parish Pastoral Council

A card has been prepared by Joe Stewart on behalf of the Parish Pastoral Council for Monsignor Houlihan, wishing him well on his retirement.  We are grateful to Sam Keegan for allowing us to use the main photograph.  The card is available to-day to view at the altar and there are signature pads at each door of the church.  All of the signatures will be incorporated into the card.  We encourage you all to add your signature to one of the pads on leaving the church.  Thank you.
