Fourth Sunday of Easter – Day of Prayer for Vocations (16/15)

DUBLIN DIOCESAN CHILD SAFEGUARDING DAY

Next Sunday, (3rd May) the Fifth Sunday of Easter has been dedicated as Dublin Diocesan Child Safeguarding Day.  During the season of Easter we continue to reflect on the Pascal mystery, the death and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Next Sunday we are asked to recognise, celebrate and encourage the involvement of children and young people in the life of the church, in our diocese and in our parishes.  We pray God’s blessing on the children and young people of our diocese, on their parents/guardians and on all concerned for their well-being.
