CHRISTMAS PARTY HOWTH SENIOR CITIZENS
The Senior Citizens’ Christmas party will be held in the ABBEY TAVERN TO-DAY - Sunday, at 1.00 p.m. ALL SENIOR CITIZENS IN HOWTH PARISH ARE WELCOME.
SAINT VINCENT de PAUL ANNUAL CHRISTMAS COLLECTION
We thank you for your generous response to this collection which was held at all the Masses last Sunday. The total collection to date is €11,145-00 The members of the Howth Conference of the Saint Vincent de Paul Society thank you for your generosity. The local Conference are available at

CHRISTMAS CAROL SERVICE
The Parish Christmas Carol Service will take place in the Church tomorrow evening – Monday, 19th December at 7.30 p.m. This is a wonderful night for all to come together and sing together in the true spirit of Christmas. Refreshments will be served afterwards.
All singers and musicians who would like to take part in the choir are asked to gather at 6.30 p.m. in the Church for a rehearsal.
PENANCE SERVICES FOR CHRISTMAS
TUESDAY 20th December: Communal Penance Service in preparation for Christmas in Howth Church at 8.00 p.m. There will be a number of visiting confessors and the Service will be conducted by Reverend Paddy Carberry, S.J.
WEDNESDAY 21st December: Penance Service in Saint Fintan’s Church, Sutton at 8.00 p.m.

HOLY COMMUNION FOR THE HOUSEBOUND ON CHRISTMAS MORNING
Our Special Ministers of the Eucharist will be bringing Holy Communion to those who are ill on Christmas morning after the 10.30 Family Mass. Anybody with a relative or friend staying with them for Christmas and if that person cannot get to the Church, please let us know by contacting the Church Sacristy/Parish Office. (Tel. 839 7398) A Minister of the Eucharist will be happy to bring Holy Communion to the sick person.

Nativity Pageant
The children of the Parish will present a Nativity Pageant on Christmas Eve in the Church. The Pageant, under the direction of Pat Guinan and the Family Mass Group, will be presented during the 7.00 p.m. Mass on Saturday 24th December.
