Kilrock House
Bingo Night
The HSE Home at Kilrock
House hosted a great Bingo evening in the past week where prizes were keenly
contested by mixed teams of residents and transition year students (TYS). The TYS students, representing five secondary
schools which cater for the Howth/ Sutton area, are participants in the Howth
Parish TYS Programme. The evening was
greatly enhanced with some classic numbers performed by The Howth Gospel Choir
led by Celine Daly.
A beautiful supper for all
was provided by Jan Franklyn and staff colleagues at Kilrock House.
Both TYS students and
Choir members were most interested in the origins of the distinctive Kilrock
House which was built in 1875 for the then Lord Justice, Gerald
Fitzgibbon. We thank the residents and
staff of Kilrock House for the warm welcome into their home. Howth Parish Youth Group
