HOWTH PARISH REFORM AND RENEWAL GROUP‘In Search of a New Model of Church’ Monday 17th February at 8.00 pm in St. Columbanus Hall If a ‘New Model of Church’ emerges in the future what should that model look like? What aspects of the current model of Church must be changed to facilitate the emergence of a new, more inclusive model? What role can the laity play at parish, diocesan, and wider levels in any new model of Church? What model of Church might offer hope to those alienated and marginalised? The evening will combine a number of personal reflections on these issues followed by an open discussion. Please consider inviting friends and neighbours to come along to participate in this important discussion on the future of our Church. ALL WELCOME
