The Sanctuary Ashram is a wonderful opportunity to take an inward journey, under guidance, to realize the truth of yourself as divine and created in the image and likeness of God. With an openness to the wisdom present in all religious traditions, you will have the opportunity to meditate, read Sacred Scriptures, reflect, seek spiritual guidance and retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. HOWTH PARISH PILGRIMAGE TO KNOCK This year’s Howth Parish Pilgrimage to Knock has now been arranged for SUNDAY 30th August. Cost - €50 – which includes Coach, Lunch (Tea/Coffee/Soup/Sandwich) and Evening Dinner at the Abbey Hotel, Roscommon. Bookings may be made in the Parish Office weekday mornings. HOWTH PARISH - BIBLE STUDY GROUP BRINGING FAITH TO LIFE Are you questioning your faith? Do you struggle to find answers to address questions raised by your experience of life? Is your prayer life struggling or non-existent? Do you wish to do something about it? Bringing Faith to Life is a programme that addresses some of the issues that modern life raises and offers a way to develop or deepen our Christian Faith. The first of six session begins on Friday 19th June at 11.00am in St. Columbanus Hall. Each session will consist of a video presentation followed by a conversation based on reflective questions. Mk 4:35-41 HOWTH FLOOD RELIEF SCHEME Fingal County Council has announced a special consultation process for Wednesday 17th June between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. in Howth Yacht Club to brief residents and interested parties on plans for flood relief in Howth. Engineers have been appointed to design the scheme and they, together with staff members from FCC , will be present to advise on proposed plans and to receive resident's comments. Mindfulness Meditation with Joe Clarke Meditation continues in St. Columbanus Hall on Monday evening 15th June at 7.30pm. Meditation will also take place on Tuesday morning 16th June from 11.00am in St. Columbanus Hall. All are welcome.
