MANRESA HOUSE Clontarf Road, Dollymount - 3-day Summer Retreat with Tom McGuinness SJ Thursday 30 July (8pm) to Sunday 2 August (2pm) Pick up on a summer mood by seeking to spend some time apart in an unhurried and peaceful way: a real ‘Sabbath time with God’ for yourself. In an atmosphere of gentle quiet, participants will be helped to ponder Scripture and to become attentive to the signs of God in their lives and in the world around them. There will be some suggestions for prayer using images from art, poetry and music. Space for personal quiet time and some sharing will be built into the day. Opportunities for guided and common prayer or to meet a spiritual director will be among the options available. Please Tel. 01 8331352 or email reception@manresa.ie to book your place. Colouring pages for children Activity pages and a separate colouring page on the theme of the Sunday gospel, along with crayons to borrow, are available for children on the left hand side of the altar under the "Summer Gospels" display board. Please encourage your children to use these pages and help them read the prayer for each week on the display board. OUR DEAD Please remember in your prayers MARY MEAGHER who died during the week. We offer our sympathy to her daughter Helen, and sons Johnny, Gregory and Paul and all the family. May she rest in peace Scripture Readings - Fifteenth Week in Ordinary Time Monday 13th July Ex 1:8-14, 22. Ps 123, R/ v8. Mt 10:34-11:1 Tuesday 14th July Ex 2:1-15.
