ANNUAL STRAWBERRY FAIR – SCOIL MHUIREThe Annual Strawberry Fair will take place at Howth Primary School (Scoil Mhuire), Tucketts Lane, Howth, TO-DAY - Sunday (16th June) from 12 noon to 4 pm. All welcome and all proceeds go towards the school.
Mindfulnes Meditation with Joe ClarkeMindfulness Meditation will continue during the summer months in The Parish Hall (Saint Columbanus Hall), Main Street, Howth. Tuesday mornings, 11.00 am to 12 noon. All welcome.
St. Anne's Parish in Portmarnock will host a Celebration of the Life of Fr. Barry Murphy with a Mass on Friday 21st June at 7.30pm in St. Anne's Church. Refreshments will be served afterwards in the Parish Centre. All are welcome.
HOWTH PARISH PILGRIMAGE TO KNOCK This year’s Howth Parish Pilgrimage to Knock has now been arranged for SUNDAY 1st SEPTEMBER. Cost - €50 - which includes Coach, Lunch (Tea/Coffee/Sandwiches) and Evening Dinner at the Abbey Hotel, Roscommon. Bookings may be made in the Parish Office/Sacristy weekday mornings.
YOUTH NEWS RIO-IN-DUBLIN is a response by the local Church in Dublin to re-create some of the atmosphere of World Youth Day for young people who are unable to attend. It will take place in Church St Friary on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th July. Rio in Dublin will compliment the young pilgrims who will make the pilgrimage to Rio with Archbishop Martin. Registration is now open. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this unique event for young people including a pilgrim walk, music, Brazilian singing/dancing, prayer, video links to Rio and lots more – check out ‘Rio in Dublin 2013’ on Facebook and Twitter or log on to www.evangelisation.ie
SAINT VINCENT De PAUL SOCIETY The local Conference of the Saint Vincent de Paul Society will hold their monthly collection to-day after all the Masses.

HOWTH PARISH FINANCE COMMITTEE Brian Fagan, Tony Farrell and Brian Clavin have retired from the Finance Committee over recent months. The Committee is very grateful to them for their five years work for the parish.
